Repairs, for five years
Send back anything you bought from us, in any condition. We re-stitch seams, replace buttons, darn knits and re-sole shoes. Repairs are free for the first two years; after that you pay materials and labour, usually a few hundred rupees. If a piece can't be saved, we recycle it with a woollen mill in Panipat and credit you 10% of what you spent.
